I usually don't have the modified 4x4 levers in stock, so this is an option if you don't mind sending your original one to get modified to work with the full center console.
Template to cut console sold separately.
I only sell the 4x4 levers that work with 99-05 Silverado/Sierra, but if you would like to try to remove your lever from 06/07 classic I will modify that as well. They are designed differently and much harder to remove.
